They need to shut this place down and start all over again. hire people who are actually willing to do the job!!! I can literally see what gets delivered to my house and what day it should be there. I don’t understand why I’m getting letters weeks or months later from that date.

They never answer their phone I’ve been calling for weeks to find out if my package is there instead I had to re order said package then I tried calling to see what time my mail carrier comes so tomorrow I can meet them down there to get my package.

Packages are NEVER delivered on time. I’m always notified that the delivery location isn’t accessible which is BS as my mailbox is right on 125. Very accessible. I’ve had to go pick up packages COUNTLESS times as they can’t seem to get their deliveries correct.
