“I've been a regular shipping stuff through this specific USPS, and my experience is solely based on shipping records via media mail in person so take it with a grain of salt.Staff there are amicable and never come off rude or antagonistic. I have shipped over 100+ items ranging from small to large and heavy packages, and have not had any issues with any lost or damaged media. Furthermore they are very helpful in answering questions and giving advice on packaging and shipping, which has helped me when it came to international shipping. A lot of the more critical reviews (and frustrated customers I've had the pleasure of hearing in the location) seem to focus on more procedural aspects that are a part of their job rather than staff going out of their way to irritate customers.”

“Thank you, Bethel Post Office Manager, for always making a great environment and being so helpful when I come to yourPost Office! I wanted to give the highest kudos to one of your employees. To my understanding, K is one of your new hires. I could not tell K is new, since K conducts like a veteran professional. I came in to ask K questions about my passport. K was very knowledgeable and helpful. Due to a shortageof time, I set up my passport items on the side table in your P.O.and worked frantically to get my passport ready to deliver. Thank goodness K was there to assist me, answering questions as they came up. While I was busy getting my items prepared, I heard K deliver great service to a couple of customers, such as changing address, job opportunities, etc.. I thought to myself - “Wow. How did K keep track of all of this knowledge about the P.O.?” In a short time, K built up a wonderful rapport with her clients. She was also juggling a delivery of a lot of bins of packages. Most importantly, she made sure she was doing her job right and efficiently. I was impressed at howquickly she did things. Unfortunately, I was not as prompt and it took me the full 45 minutes to get to the point where I could deliver my passport at 5:00 pm when the P.O. closes. K was extremely patient and double checked my work. K even made sure with you that everything was correct and to my relief, successfully mailed my passport. In the future, I will make sure I allot enough time to complete my mailings. I wanted to take time out to give you and K well-deserved kudos.”

“Every postal worker here that I've encountered have been over friendly, helpful, and patient. I can ship something from here to almost anywhere in a couple days. I go a mile or so in the other direction and put it in a Cinci zip code blue box and it can take 5+ days just to get an hour or two down the road. Swore off of all postal places around Batavia besides here unless companies require othe carriers”

“I ship twice weekly for my small business, and this location has been nothing short of wonderful in my experiences. Compared to a larger hub like Clifton/Corryville, it’s much cleaner, quieter, friendlier and staff is very personable. Of course, being a smaller location wait times can probably vary a lot depending on when you drop off, but overall it is a breath of fresh air to not DREAD going to the PO.”
