You could literally call for days on end and no one will ever answer the phone. The USPS really is an outdated, inefficient business model full of faults. It should be replaced. This particular location must not have a single competent employee.

I think that whoever works in the Amelia post office should be investigated. Twice, I have sent my granddaughter cards in the mail with money or gift cards in them. Twice the cards have arrived at her house torn up, and the money and or gift card was stolen out of the card. I wonder how many other people they've done this to?
Don't say that someone must have gotten into the mail box, it's locked and the only way to get her mail out of the box is with a key.

Had a mail clerk tell me that I can't ship product that contains a battery via ground domestically. I have never had a problem with the post office before today. Clerk was incredibly rude about it and told me my package was hazardous. What is ground shipping for then? It's literally written on their website that I can ship this through usps. Box even had a UN3480 label on it. Guy looks like sinbad if you want to narrow it down.

So many issues with the Amelia post office and they never answer their phones. Have made numerous trips there, and also 7 attempted phone calls today and they did not answer once.

If I could leave no stars I would! Lost my package and all I got from the supervisor was “we made the error” I tried calling the place 17 times with no answer. I asked the supervisor why no one answered the phone he said if someone is available they answer it. I was still calling them when I walked in the door and 1 person was at the counter. So they wasn’t busy at all. 0 customer service. I even old the supervisor this is why your reviews are so bad and he responded with “well live” clearly he doesn’t care.

We just moved here and I watched the mail delivery person pull up to the mailbox, shove a package in then not take what was outgoing even though the flag was up. Then day 2 said there was no access to the mailbox for delivery which is an outright lie! People depend on getting their mail delivered and this laziness and neglect is not acceptable. Do better USPS!

Had to delivery a box and had a question so I didn’t tape shut. Manager humiliated me in front of several customers about not taping my box. I didn’t have something I couldn’t ship and had to remove… that’s why it wasn’t taped. Zac got me set up and my box shipped. I will not use this branch again.

My regular mail lady is great. But she of course deserves a day off. Every single time she takes a day off we get some loser who gives us other addresses mail. EVERY TIME. EVERY WEEK! I try to call and tell the manager of the Amelia post office that this guy needs fired. He’s absolutely worthless and he obviously could care less. But guess what? The manager must not either. I have called the phone number there four straight weeks as this has happened four straight weeks that our regular delivery driver gets her day off and no one answers!!! I wish the Cincinnati hub would come up here and clean house!
