“Got my rental, a show and added respect for this location. Picked up my car today and got a free upgrade because of low inventory. Which I always love so much because I’m a long time customer. After getting my car, I went back in to ask how to use the CarPlay. The only worker that day(forgot to get his name) was getting cussed out by a customer because he wouldn’t rent his son a car without a license(duhhh) his son called him a r*t**d and the dad called him every name in the book. The employee working handled it with grace and refused to rent him a car at this location and kindly asked him to leave. As he was walking out the door he called the worker a effing ahole. I have a special needs family member and I do not take that word lightly that the son used. Although it was extremely entertaining, I feel really bad for the gentleman working who had to deal with such disrespect. He then apologized to everyone in the store and helped me with my CarPlay. 10/10 experience, hopefully that man learns his lesson and gets banned from renting with enterprise. Will forever be booking with this location and recommending it to everyone. We love a company who stands for what’s right!”

“Incredible customer service from Chris, the manager at the Elyria Enterprise branch. My family was stranded after a highway accident, and insurance accidentally booked our replacement van at the wrong location. Chris was extremely patient as we got the reservation fixed. Since his location didn't have a minivan, he personally drove me to a nearby town's branch to make sure my family and I got the vehicle we needed. He was thoughtful, compassionate, and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended!”
