“Let me start by saying that I am from Michigan, but I have recently discovered the very, very best thing about Ohio- Spitzer Volkswagen! I would give their service department ten stars if I could.
This past week, I was traveling through Ohio when disaster struck, and my two children and I found ourselves stranded on the side of the road. Without going into all the details, let me say that Kaitlyn and her team of technicians at Spitzer Volkswagen came to the rescue in a big, big way, and I am forever grateful. They went the extra mile, several extra miles actually, to get my children and myself back on the road safely in the shortest amount of time possible. They did absolutely fantastic work! I have never before been treated so courteously or taken care of so well by an auto repair shop- they are truly outstanding.

“Had an electrical issue with our horse trailer. We left our trailer and truck for them to be able to fully investigate it. I feel like they listened to our concerns and all the things we had tried to diagnose the issue. They found that the plug that we just had installed somewhere else may cause issues because the contacts could move and have a poor connection. Communication was great and timely. Will definitely come back for future trailer service.”

“They’ve upped their game - used to do big pointless upsells, offering $4k of stuff that other mechanic said no way, but now they have gotten more honest. Discounting when stuff takes too long, telling you to wait for upcoming sales. I appreciate the turnaround and have made a customer out of me. I hope it’s not part of a strategy to just lure you in. There is a nice walking path around in the neighborhood that is nice to go to while your car is in, much better than the distracting TV waiting room vibe.”
