“We were on the final leg of a roadtrip from New York to Chicago on Saturday when our tire pressure light came on. We exited the interstate in Ohio and refilled the air in the tire in question, but once we got back on the interstate, the light came back on. We called nearby tire centers and received the most courteous response from the folks at Mr. Tire. When we got there, the team confirmed it was a nail in the tire, fit us in as quickly as possible, and got us back on the road in no time. I'm so grateful we chose them. The manager was also talking to many others in the room and on the phone while we were there, and he was patient and courteous to all. Highly recommend!”

“I was in an auto accident on Veteran's Day last year and I had JUST GOTTEN my car back from other service that had to be done. Anyway, the other driver didn’t have insurance (of course) so my insurance paid for the repairs. Parts were on back order so there was nothing they could do. Frank (the manager) kept me informed every step of the way and was awesome!!! He explained everything, very courteous and polite. PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE!!! I had a great experience.”
