“I love this store. I affectionately call it the quote un quote redneck Walmart. I do not say that in a derogatory way. They cater to folks that need feed and supplies and other things for farm animals. And folks that live a real lifestyle that need the kind of things you just can't find at your typical big box store. I find their people to be very friendly and knowledgeable. I am fortunate enough to have one 5 minutes from my home and they're very often my first go to stop when I need stuff to do some chores around the house. This is the Diy persons Walmart. They have stuff you just don't see anywhere else.”

“A big box store that is the main competition for Home Depot. Seems to be more adept at appealing to the true 'do it yourselfer IMHO. large selection of home improvement supplies and household repair stuff. They almost always have what you're looking for which helps cut down on the number of trips required ?a update: I'm starting to lean way more towards Lowe's than I do Home Depot. On a whole range of items Lowe's does seem to have a better price point. I guess your mileage may vary but for my money I usually go to Lowe's first for my home improvement and hardware needs and then to Home Depot if Lowe's doesn't have it. They seem to have a workforce that's 'happier to be there' than allot of other places that I shop at. They almost always have what you're looking for.”

“I had placed an online order for two sets of ceramic dishes for our anniversary party. They arrived with many pieces broken in each of the two boxes. I was really distraught about this (I cried big ugly tears), because this was a really special occasion for us. I didn't have enough time for a second order to arrive, nor did I have enough time to find something comparable locally. Josh was very calm and kind on the phone, even though I was not. He suggested a viable solution and gave me a refund. I wasn't thinking clearly at that moment, so his guidance was exactly what I needed. I have no way of knowing who was at fault for the breakage, but he made it right for me. Josh is a rock star!!”

“I think you should always have a certain threshold of expectations if you're entering a labyrinth hardware and garden center like The Home Depot. Breathe deeply and try to make a plan if you. An. While the online inventory search did not match what was in store, in this case, it worked in our favor. The website was inaccurate in showing what was available in the outdoor furniture section, because when we arrived, the patio/summer section had way more available than the sad 1 table we were expecting. The staff was super helpful and we were able to get everything we needed. I thought they had a great selection in the garden center. It was well-organized and had a hearty combination of full light and partial light hanging baskets and plants for every possible scenario needed. I was pleasantly surprised by their selection of succulent planters. Super cute and well-priced! We'd come back.”
