“My daughter and I took our dog for a bath and it was such a great experience! Very reasonably priced and loved the “car wash style.” We will definitely be repeat customers.”

“Heather and Elaine are awesome! So knowledgeable and helpful, and I felt like Heather was as excited as I was to meet my baby! The enthusiasm and love they have for the birds and their people is palpable when you walk in. They made sure I felt prepared and had everything I needed to bring home my birdie, Noah. Thank you! It's a bit of a drive from my house but we'll be back for supplies soon, so worth it!”

“I called with some questions and I was able to speak with Lexi, and let me just say 11/10 customer service! If you need some help, go find Lexi! Although what I needed isnt available in store, I almost want to still stop in and buy something to support the business. If corp or management ever reads this- give that girl a raise.”
