“We have a dog and we tried everything with harnesses and collars but she was able to get out of them.We had a scare and almost lost her and went to Alpha Dog. Within minutes the gentleman that helped us measured her and suggested a collar. We have to say she hasnt gotten lose and we are more calm in keeping her close. Thank you!”

“The Bird Loft is AWESOME! I'm a first-time owner of two lovebirds, Judy and Rudy, and Elaine & Company are simply amazing. It is a half hour away from me, but it is well-worth the drive every time. Thank you to the entire staff!”

“We had a wonderful experience this a.m. here. We were let in for our nail trim appointment for our German Shepherd's 1st visit to get his nails done. He is a nervous 1 yr old boy, but they were amazing with him. It was a lady and guy that I feel went that extra mile for our nervous boy! It was a really good experience for him ? Oh, and the poor guy came to work with a cheek the size of a baseball with a bad tooth and still managed to do wonderful!! Hope he heals quickly!!? We also were talking with the store assistant manager( I believe )and she was so sweet and helpful. I haven't been here in years but we definitely will be back! Great staff we had today!!! Radar & his family thank you!!??????”

“I randomly saw a chicken tractor on clearance on a google ad and this location was the only one that had it. I was struggling to find someone to loan me a truck big enough to get it home but the manager took care of that for me and solved the problem. I have shopped at the Medina, Columbia station, and the north Olmsted location and they don’t hold a candle to this location. I’ve been to the others multiple times and half the time you can’t find an employee or they don’t even seem like they want to be there. As a feed store manager myself, I applaud Jolene and her team. THANK YOU!!”

“We take our dogs here for grooming all the time, but the last time we took them in, we had the fortune experience of getting groomer, Allison S., for all 3 dogs. She was professional and experienced. She had them done on time and didn’t miss anything. Our difficult, deaf Australian Shepherd is very difficult to groom and she was even able to get her done. Absolutely outstanding!”

“I've always visited this place for live feeder mice. I live 40 minutes away, but still make the trip twice a month because the mice are healthy and a great price! I love supporting them.”
