“So all around the staff is amazing and helpful here I go up there weekly and it’s always pleasant but today was extra pleasant. I went in because I thought a new type of vape (normally I get a geek bar but they didn’t have any.) so I bought a fogger instead. I bought it two days ago and today and just stopped hitting for me. I couldn’t hit my mods I had on it either. I went into the store and MALLORY went over and beyond to help me. She informed me there was nothing they could do since it worked when I left, which I understood but she decided to give me her extra charger pack for the fogger and continued to look for hers for a good five minutes just so I wouldn’t be out money and have to buy a new one. She was amazing and she deserves a raise and promotions because she could’ve left me with “there’s nothing we can do for you” but chose to help instead. ?”
