“I have taken my cats to this vet for a few years. I have even taken my ducks as well. Dr. Burr and the entire staff at Arcanum Vet are awesome. They treat all my animals with care and dignity. Dr. Burr always answers all my questions no matter how silly! I love this vet and all they've done for my cats and ducks.”

“These are the best vets I've ever had. From making calls for a sick sheep to emergency service for my 100 pound dog to routine care for the house cat, I trust their expertise and the way they care for my animals.”

“Amazing staff! Love their text reminders and online check ins. Very convenient. They did an absolute wonderful job with my 2 year old Bernese and his neuter. I was also able to take my 10 year old golden retriever in to have a growth removed from his lower eyelid on the same day. Having them recover together was easier with time off of work, and taking care of them. The staff talked through the process throughly with me. When I came to pick them up, I was by myself and they helped load them into the car. I really feel like they went above and beyond for service and care. Dr. Gerber did an amazing job on the eyelid surgery. She called after surgery, and the office called the next day to check on their progress coming off of anesthesia. After our two week follow up we were able to remove the cone, and he is mostly healed. If you have questions, you can text their line and they will respond. The cost was surprisingly affordable too. I am so grateful for all of their care they put into my dogs. We will be returning for any future needs.”

“Very gentle, thorough, and average prices.Small space when you walk in so if you have a carrier for smaller pets bring it; all pets should be leashed otherwise. The staff immediately greet you and inquire about the pet. Most pricing questions they can answer or give an estimate. There is a candle that is lite when a fellow pet lover is saying goodbye. The sign tells those who are new to be respectful and know someone is hurting. The Dr. is personable & extra kind to timid/unsure pets. I seen him get a dog to wag her tail who didn’t like but 3 people. He takes his time, explains why/how things will precede and waits for the owner’s approval!!!!He was so good with my Danae that my mother took her dog to him.I have 2 new dogs (rescue & gift) and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. My mother has one & tells everyone how good the Dr. is.I gave Edgetown only 4 stars because my sister’s vet’s pricing is less. Pricing for having a pet fixed is more but… he’s a great Dr. and, after years of going, I know pets are patients, not just things, to him.”
