“My Aussie had just passed away today. She had parvo. I had done everything to my ability and so did the nurses and the dr. The dr had called before he left just to give condolences and had even kept her an extra night for free because he was hopeful, however he was not promising. They didn’t get my hopes up and they had saved me about $400 in the process. I apreciate everyone. The receptionist was challenging me as to what the dr said and very inconsideratly told me she had passed which gives the 4 star rating. As for the doctor, the care my baby got, and the compassion of every other staff member there, I am very greatful and would never had wanted my baby to be in another place. Thank you so much for the care that my baby got and thank you so much for the attitude and understanding I got from this amazing place”
“I found a kitten dying on the sidewalk in front of my house (it may have been hit by a car, was clearly suffering) and when the publicly funded animal shelter refused to take it or do anything other than give me a list of other shelters in faraway counties, I was at a loss. When I passed this animal hospital, I figured I would just see if there was anything they could do, and the receptionist was very compassionate; she realized that the kitten was suffering terribly and immediately offered to take care of it, free of charge. I am so grateful for their willingness to help in that situation, and can tell that they truly care about animals, even poor feral ones.”

“We brought our girl Remy here to be spayed and they treated her well, we’ve continued to bring her here periodically as she’s gotten older for this or that, but the ladies have always been very kind. My family is on a limited income and we’ve expressed this many times and they’ve been very kind and considerate in being open about the cost of certain things and done their best to help make it as affordable as possible, knowing that their services & care come at a cost too. The ladies in the office are kind, direct & forthcoming, and helpful. We appreciate all the work they put in to keep our baby healthy!”

“We took our dog in to have her hip looked at because she was limping. They showed us her x-rays and talked to us about our options. Unfortunately she wasnt going to make it so they gave us the option to give us one more day with her. Being 14 years old, they gave her the love and care she needed at our visit. Went back the next day to have our final good-bye with her. The nurses and doctor was so caring with how I wanted to spend my final moments with my puppy. Thank you so much for the love and care you provided during my final moments with her. The hardest part of my life leaving my pup forever but know that they could give me her fur and letting me feed her the yummy snacks and have a moment with her before we put her down helped a little. Still sad and hurt, but they were all so caring.”
“All of the staff here are amazing!! My kitties have been coming here for years! My youngest had to have two emergency surgeries in one week this past July, I also took her in several times in between for reactions to meds etc, every single visit they were all so patient and helpful and really cared about getting Mattie better. “My dog is really fearful and reactive towards strangers. This was his first time going to the clinic and I was a little worried he wouldn't cooperate. He usually ends up muzzled at the primary vet's office. I told the Petco vet tech that my dog may need muzzled, but they didn't seem too concerned. They were so great with him, and the whole process went way more smoothly than I had imagined it would. Great experience, friendly staff. I will definitely continue to use the clinic for annual vaccines and have recommended it to friends and family.”

They also kennel the animals so when we need to take a short trip we can know that our critters are gonna have good care. They follow up well, they are caring and capable.
