I have taken my vehicle to this facility on several occasions, and have never had an unpleasant experience. I recently had to have some recall work done that was going to take 2-3 hours. Dusty Gray, one of the salesmen, offered to pick up and return my car after repairs were completed. I very much appreciated that service.
