I called the day before I needed the truck, told him what I was needing, and since he did not have one available he tracked one down went and brought it back to his location, for me to pick up the next day.
Very amazing of him to do that.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICEAfter some hassle and poor customer service from the uhaul 1-800 # I chose to give the Archbold location a direct call. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Not only did he verify he would have the equipment I would need, and got me through a reservation smoothly, he also personally picked up my equipment to be sure the truck was there! Would highly recommend to anyone moving in the area!
