“I have rented from Bauer at 2 different properties. As long as you follow the rules and pay your bills on time you will have no issues. If something needs fixed or replaced get ahold of them right away they like to be aware of any issues. They fix it as soon as possible. I am sure they have had a lot of renters who do not follow the rules and regulations of the lease and that is why they are so strict on things. If you owned a property you would want to make sure that you were finding good tenets who wont destroy the property or not pay rent. I have over all had a very good experience with Bauer and highly recommend! Everyone in the office is awesome!! my advise to you if you rent from Bauer is just communicate if you have any issues take care of the property and pay your bills on time.”

I had a really negative experience at another apartment and she really showed me kindness and answered all of my questions and never made feel like a burden. The apartment complex is beautiful and well worth the price in unit laundry is amazing!”
