“We are under construction. It’s rough. But eventually we will get a new wildflower walking path. Sidewalks are being improved. Our new residences are getting central air. Some have already been refurbished with larger, stoves and refrigerators. New roofs, gutters, windows and doors are being replaced monthly. Moving out and back in isn’t easy;from what I’ve been told. We just got our laundromat back. Landscaping is being done on the finished apartments. Just follow the yellow brick Road.”

“My apartment was completely remodeled before I moved in - and though it took longer than expected I was updated on every step and even offered an apartment in a different building if the wait was too long. The lease is easy to understand, and Kendall goes over every bit of it with you upon signing. Maintenance audit notices are given over a week in advance, although it would be nice if there was a different delivery system than leaving it on my door (they fall off and get stepped on)Overall, I’ve lived in worse places. Out of the rentals I’ve been in, this is top of the list.”
“Nice place. Pretty well maintained. Locked building is nice. Only complaint would be that people leave laundry in washers and dryers over night and all day. That's inconsiderate. Could also maybe use another handicap parking spot for each building instead of just one.”
