1436 Eagle Way, Ashland OH 44805
“I recently reached out to Eagleview Apartments and had a great experience. The staff I spoke with over the phone was friendly, professional, and answered my questions thoroughly. From what I’ve seen online and driving by the property, the community looks clean, well-maintained, and inviting. The apartments and amenities look modern, and it seems like a great option for anyone looking for a place to live in Ashland!”

“For some reason the city of Ashland loves to hate on Bauer but I had an amazing experience with them! I was a first time renter and Bauer gave me the opportunity to get rental experience and not many places like a person to not have any rental experience so I thank them for taking a chance on me! I lived in my apartment for 3 years and if I ever had an issue it was addressed quickly and maintenance really cares about helping you out. I had an issue with my water and we ended up figuring it out and it got fixed and they made sure that it was solved! As long as you follow your lease, pay your bills, and do everything on the move out checklist you should not have a problem with renting from Bauer! A lot of people want to say “Bauer took my whole security deposit” well in my case it wasn’t true at all! I got almost all of my deposit back (obviously some things needed fixed i lived there for 3 years and I think it’s valid what was charged out of my deposit). If I ever come back to the Ashland area I will look back into Bauer for sure!”
