“Started the process a couple of weeks ago via a phone order for a 1/4 beef. They walked us through the cuts of meat and explained the processing timeline. Picked up the meat yesterday and everyone I dealt with there was super friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience. The communication was excellent both via phone and email.”

“Great, high-quality meat! We really enjoy the variety of brats for the summer grilling season.
Just a note for customers, make sure you go in well before closing time. I went in 25 mins prior to closing and felt very awkward. They had already shut down the deli and were very obviously ready to go home. One employee let me know they had already cleaned all the equipment and put it away, and someone was going to bring everything back out. I declined and didnt buy anything because I felt like I shouldn't be there that late and did not want them do all that extra work. It could be standard to close down that early - I just wasn't aware and wanted others to know to go in earlier than I did. Unfortunately it's hard for me to stop in because I work during the week.”
