“Have delt with this store on multiple occasions with excellent service. The staff actually listens first and then explains options. The store in Ashland is outstanding. My local store in Delaware OH is terrible and could learn from the Ashland store.”

“I am able to work from home and conduct Skype meetings with video. With the 5mbps package it is plenty to stream Netflix on. Mechcom does not have data caps, you won't find reliable satellite internet out there without data caps. I have only been down twice in a year and a half and both times they got back to me immediately when I called. On the occasion that it was my receiver Mike came to my house that night and replaced it. Great service!”
