We were about to find another carrier, for all the run a around I was going through, very unprofessional we never received the virtual visa card for switching to boost, customer service rep just kept passing us around to a another person and said I had to go back to the store and the lady at the store said it's not on them they dont have nothing to do with it, but when we came in to get new phones I saw Marissa, and right then I new we would be taken care of she went above and beyond to take care of us and she did! “Happy New Year everybody! I started my New Year by moving to Ashland with my daughter. Before walking into the Cricket store we had MetroPCS it was awful! I had MetroPCS for years and never thought about switching until I came into the Cricket store. Abe was extremely informative and honest! Abe educated me on the different plans and promotions Cricket currently offered. Abe was extremely helpful because he made sure I was saving money and left the store satisfied. Before I left, Abe made sure I was fully set up by helping me transfer all my info and assisted in setting up HBO/Cricket app. Keep up the great work Abe THANKS!!!”
