“This little shop is very small but has just about everything you could need and helpful knowledgeable staff that can get you just about anything you could want, very friendly and very helpful and very quick no waiting in lines or searching for an employee like Walmart just to find out they don't have what you need, the prices are roughly the same or a little higher then Walmart but for the excellent service and quick help its very very worth it!”

“Was on the freeway and kept hearing a noise like something came loose and was hitting my car. Stopped in at Ashtabula Body & Fender to see if they did walk ins. Were busy at the time, gave me a day and time, which was today. He came out and got under my car and saw that I somehow broke a clip that held part of the area behind my passenger rear wheel, he put a new clip on and fixed it for me for practically nothing, I had to give him more money. He was so kind. It's nice to find that there are people like this still around.”
“Parts are normally pretty good, but the staff... The staff is actually very helpful, they are friendly, most of them are knowledgeable. And the part that drives me the most about the staff is the fact that they have the lugnuts to where if they don't have something and can't get it they will try to help you find alternatives sources to get whatever the items may be .... You just get that anymore.. I love it, thankfully I don't see them to often because of what that means but when I do get to see them I rather enjoy the experience, most of the time.Response: not a problem, the only thing that would make me like y'all more is if you sold more motorcycle parts, even if they all had to be ordered as needed.”
