“I'm almost afraid to share this because I don't want to see this repair shop taken advantage of. However, treating their customers right might be why they are always so busy. They are worth the wait because they will not cheat you. They won't lie to you. They won't try to weasel more money out of you. I know that this is important to those who are struggling to make ends meet. I have seen situations where they could've been dishonest and billed more money from me, but they didn't. I truly appreciate honest help. That, and they don't just feel like a business. Jen and Jimmy feel like good neighbors.”

“Davis Towing is absolutely THE BEST!! My car broke down out in Rock Creek and every place I called out that way wanted $150-$185 plus tax to tow it 9 miles. Davis is going to be out there this afternoon and said since they were going to already be out there, they would do it for $85. This is the kind of bright spot I needed in my day and the guy I talked to was just so super kind and helpful. Totally will only use and recommend them in the future. Thank you!!!”

“I was out of town when I had a low tire pressure. I called a dealership in the area to help to no avail. Called Gloztbeckers...the young man was very helpful on the phone. He instructed me on what I needed to do to be able to drive my car to the shop. Keegan got my vehicle right in. He discovered it was fixable with a plug. I was on the road in less than 30 mins. The guys at Glorbeckers were very polite and efficient.”

They actually listen when you tell them what’s wrong and take that into account when troubleshooting, that is greatly appreciated! “I don’t think I have ever been more pleasantly surprised by a vehicle repair. I called Quiet Fit on Monday, they told me to come in this morning at 9:00am . They custom fit and welded a new piece of exhaust for my truck and the bill was 427.00 with tax. Another enterprise quoted me 1500.00 and I have been calling them 3 to 4 times a week, waiting for 6 weeks now. These folks have made a customer for life!!”

“I drove 2 hours to get here to look at a Dodge truck he had for sale. The truck was priced Fair that wasn't what I was looking for. What do accommodate mean this man came in after hours to show me the vehicle. It's not a big place, poltergeist seemed knowledgeable and friendly. But I think the thing that impressed me most what is the way he accommodated my schedule. Would recommend.”

“I am visiting Geneva-on-the-Lake and took a drive to Walmart. My engine light started blinking and my car started shaking. I asked the automotive service attendant in Walmart if he could point me to a repair shop and this was the only shop he could think of. I went to Valvoline Express Care and they gave me the diagnostic codes and they did confirm I would be good to drive back to Lyndhurst. I didn't feel safe doing that, so I still went to Country Customs. They did a diagnostic, ordered the parts and not only did they fix it under an hour, they charged me the most affordable price no shop in Cuyahoga County could match. I am so grateful for this amazing group of men who made sure this hiccup in celebrating my daughter's birthday didn't become a disaster. THEY WERE TRULY HEAVEN SENT!”
