“My time being a member of Lakeview Federal Credit Union has been nothing less than a great experience. Heather Hunt (Branch Manager/loan officer) has done an amazing job providing an amazing service. Sometimes very difficult and rushed because of the way my needs have presented themselves but she has jumped through hoops to make it happen! Words can not express how greatful I am to have such a wonderful place to do my banking! As long as I am in the Ashtabula area I will not be doing my banking anywhere else. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!!!”

“If I could give them all the stars in the sky I would ✨ never have I felt like a stranger when I walk into this bank. They are extremely friendly and professional. Always a warm welcome even if it's 10 minutes before closing and they have to stay a couple minutes late. If they're frustrated for the last minute customer you'd never know. On the phone experience is just as wonderful 😌 So happy I found a bank I can trust. To me my bank is like my hairdresser or dentist gotta have a lot of trust”

“I had a good experience here. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to travle to this branch because it was the closest (still 2.5 hours away) with my two babies, in order to get a cashier's check. When I got there I was exhausted. There was a security guard who was very helpful! They tried to entertain my oldest and even offered him a toy and a chair for help. The clerk was very nicl and got the check for me in a very timely manner. All the folks there where awesome including the customers in line whom sympathetic. The building did not have a bathroom for customers is the only downfall - but I do understand. I will still give this experience 5 starts”

“Everyone at this branch is super nice & super helpful. I've had loans, accounts & revolving lines of credit here & every time I need help, everyone goes above & beyond. I've banked with a number of institutions, including small credit unions, in 6 different states. I've lived in small towns & big cities. Even though this is a national bank, this little branch feels very small town & personal. I love the people! The branch is always kept clean & smells nice too. You won't regret banking here at all. They'll do anything for a customer. Really top notch professional services! 5 stars!”
