The Home Depot in Ashtabula is a hardware store providing tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, and building materials. Customer service experiences vary. Some staff are very kind, amazing, and work hard to help to the best of their ability. One associate was very helpful, very polite, and very nice. However, another manager was not helpful and walked away. The store features clearance end caps and good buys, and customers can sign up to be a PRO/X member. It is described as one of the better Home Depot locations.
A good store to go to. They are always busy during the morning and early afternoon. I don't know aboit the evening.

One of the better Home Depot which I try and avoid Home Depot anymore since customer service is awful at most HD but this one in Ashtabula were very kind.

The lady in appliances is amazing! She really worked hard to try to help us to the best of her ability. Now the manager on the other hand is a real pos. She took us to him asking for help and this douchebag walks away like we aren’t worth his time. If you don’t want to work with the public, go find another job!
