“I went to order carpet for the bedroom. Many choices, but subdued colors only. I had a lady help and she was full of knowledge. 2 to 4 weeks until carpet arrives. Checked out bathroom items, as that is next project. The carpet is in aand it looks so nice and soft. No room order from the new carpet. And the installers were done and gone in 2 hours' I will use the installers again.”

“Very good service and they probably have every shark bite known to man in there which is what I went there for. Best hardware store in ashtabula county in my opinion and very affordable. Thanks guys. Some advice though quit treating everyone like they're thieves. I get that it's in ashtabula but still. Yal should maybe try a membership system like Sam's club and make ppl buy a membership to get in instead of making customers feel uncomfortable like the older gentleman there made me feel in plumbing.”

“I bought a cub cadet zero turn mower from tractor supply, after only mowing for 2hrs. The main drive belt came off! Cub cadet wanted me to have it serviced thar was a 3 week wait. I wanted to exchange it for me! They would not! Cub cadet has very poor customer service! Not good! Tractor supply told me I can return the mower to them! They had great customer service! I appreciate what tractor supply did for me! I will never buy a Cub cadet! The company has no customer service!”
