The Home Depot in Ashtabula is a hardware store providing tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, and building materials. Customer service experiences vary. Some staff are very kind, amazing, and work hard to help to the best of their ability. One associate was very helpful, very polite, and very nice. However, another manager was not helpful and walked away. The store features clearance end caps and good buys, and customers can sign up to be a PRO/X member. It is described as one of the better Home Depot locations.
Over the past 2 day over been fridge shopping die to my new fridge going bad. Melanie in the kitchen department was so incredibly helpful and I got a great deal on a new fridge!! Thanks so much for all the help !

I came in today to get a lawm roller. Monte helped to load in my cart and my car. He was very kind and professional. This was at Edgewood, Ohio store.
