The Home Depot in Ashtabula is a hardware store providing tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, and building materials. Customer service experiences vary. Some staff are very kind, amazing, and work hard to help to the best of their ability. One associate was very helpful, very polite, and very nice. However, another manager was not helpful and walked away. The store features clearance end caps and good buys, and customers can sign up to be a PRO/X member. It is described as one of the better Home Depot locations.

I had a wonderful experience today at the Home Depot in Edgewood Ohio there was a young man that helped us out tremendously we bought a lot of wood heavy cement and everything else we needed to repair a fence and Kyle was the gentleman that helped us out and he did a wonderful job he went over and above to help us
