Recently the staff has all changed, and we’ve had a few incidents of placing orders, expecting them to be there when they’ve said they would be there and then not showing up on time or saying the parts are in and they have hands on the products, getting there and either not actually have hands on the products we’ve needed or not arrived. However, we’ve become close with Bradley, he is a funny guy! He makes the day when popping in there and having a friendly greeting.”

“Ordered 4 tires online, walmarts customer service was awful. But when I got to this store's location, Ja'Mari, Tom and Phurba were so kind, efficient and provided a level of customer service I thought no longer existed. They did amazing and I will be back just to see these employees again. I did go the day before bc of a miscommunication coming from their company service line, the employees were amazingly helpful and 9npy limited by Walmarts poor policies. Whoever worked in the auto depth on 8/27/25 & 8/28/25, they were a fresh of breath air and soothed my worries.”
