“I’ve used the Circleville Apothecary for years. I love that they know me by name. It’s that small town pharmacy feel and the compassion of the staff that keeps me coming back year after year. The delivery option is so helpful for so many, especially since they’ve moved their closing time from 8pm to 6pm. You’ll never get the level of service at your big brand pharmacies that you’ll receive here at the Apothecary, and their cash prices are always lower than anyone else in town. It’s a win win! And I love smelling the Yankee Candles when I walk in. A true 5 star Pharmacy and staff.”
“The pharmacist carter is amazing and super helpful! He does all he can to help people and goes out of his way to make sure people have their meds and are safe. Stacy ( I hope I spelled her name right ) who is a tech also is simply amazing and also never fails to make me smile, she handles lines and angry customers so well and I honestly don't know how she manages to stay so positive , they are both a joy and honestly are the main reason I stay at this pharmacy even though I moved father away from this store, I also have family that travels to this store even though it is out of the way because they are so kind and never fail to keep this customers smiling. They also have other amazing techs and techs in training but these are the ones I know by name.”
“They have really friendly staff don’t get me wrong. I love talking to you all always. However, when I refill my meds I have different dosages for 2. And I try not to complain, truly I do, but luckily one is a half and the other is a whole and i’m able to alternate. It just really frustrates me at times. I get it we all make mistakes. We are human. But when I have different dosages for meds and my dr tries to prescribe them all at the same time it’s convenient for me. I’ve been dealing with this for a while. And again I normally don’t complain. But when it’s been happening for a while it gets frustrating. Bc now I’m out of refills for 1 med and the other I have refills for. You guys do such a good job in other aspects don’t get me wrong. But that does get really frustrating for someone. I normally don’t complain but when it’s constant that’s what frustrates me.”
“The Groveport Kroger store and pharmacy seem to be very organized and stocked fully without boxes and skids everywhere blocking isles like most other stores across Columbus and the surrounding areas. Everyone I had contact with was well informed and eager to help and very friendly. The store seems to be very clean.”
“the staff are friendly, informative, and don’t announce prescriptions practically over a megaphone like other pharmacies (i’m looking at you CVS). i wish the pharmacist on duty today would’ve initially made eye contact, walked over to me to speak with me, etc. it felt a bit impersonal speaking to someone as they’re talking to me from their monitor 15 feet away. other than that, it’s great.”

“Mrs sharrie is the best! My phone got stuck in the machine and I had to work on less than 45 minutes. The system was taking forever but she let me use her phone. She stayed with me and reassured me multiple times. I even had to leave it all up to her because I had to get there. She stayed even a little of the clock just to insure I had my phone back. She called my manager and returned it to me. She is the definition of hospitality and her smile will always light up the situation. Thank you Sharrie!”

“This is my go to Kroger. I love the fuel points that I can earn especially in times of when gas prices are high. They can be out of common items often but price is fair. I can never find anyone when I need help locating an item. I search row after row and it's like they are hiding in the isles because they know I'm searching for them.”

I've been shopping here for 10-15 years and have never had any issues. Yes, I've gone to the store and they've had items out of stock from time to time. That's life lol. People gotta get over it and stop crying.
