I believe my very first car, Geraldine- a red civic, even met Randy, 20 some years ago... then many other automobiles since. So, I think the test of time speaks for its self in my case. He's always provided excellent master mechanic abilities and knowledge, as well as competitive and fair pricing. I'm sure there are other shops in athens with great people, however when ya start with the best why risk getting anything less! “Don Wood Ford has really took care of my daughter's car while she was away at college at Ohio University. They replaced the engine last year when it failed due to a recall issue for which repair parts were not yet available. When the parts became available, they ordered them, and this visit was to complete the recall service. Through the entire process, they've been friendly, efficient and communicated with us well.
While Ford Motor Company created the problem and was extremely slow at coming out with a fix, Don Wood Ford supported us well through the entire, long, drawn-out ordeal. Great team there!”
