“Absolutely amazing service! They did a front end alignment and a tire change for me. Seriously how do they not have hundreds of 5 star reviews??? Even though they are tied to Toyota dealership they work on pretty much anything. They're honest, professional, and fast. I appreciated that they put my spare back in the compartment under the trunk carpet rather than just plopping it into the trunk. Little details like that show me they care!! Y'all just earned a new permanent loyal customer! Thank you!”
“I have been going to this tire store for years. They ALWAYS have the most competitive price on tires for all of our family cars, trucks and SUVs. We also use their service for brakes and oil changes. The manager Amanda is very helpful and knowledgeable. Service techs James and Kevin have been great also.”
“They had a queer for alignment wasn't any good.
He messed up my front end and had to have it redone someplace else.
Now they have someone else and he's good.
Over all the place is a good place to do business now.”
“Outstanding customer service. Thank you so much to the employees who stayed late when I called five minutes before closing to fix a tire with large screw in it. I go here regularly for oil changes and tires and highly recommend Firestone and this location in particular.”
“Woke up to a sensor warning and a pretty dead battery, staff here were very courteous and honest with me regarding my best options. Timely service even on a busy Sunday.”

“I had an issue with my car that had scraped on a driveway on the bottom of my car. As I drove and made a loud scraping sound, I looked under my car found a piece bent hanging down, which was scraping the ground. I had a 2 Hour Dr. ahead of me and needed help fast as I was only visiting the Athens area. I went in to tire choice auto service center, they were able to squeeze me into their schedule within the hour and got it fixed and under 10 minutes so I could go home safe and sound! I’m so grateful for their help. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!”
