“First and foremost: It's a bank. If you don't pay attention to the rules and guidelines when you open an account, then you're at fault. That's what most of the comments below sound like to me. As for my own personal experience here, the girls here try very hard every day to make everything happen for all of their customers, and they do great at explaining everything, and the why's behind what's happening. They're always good to me, and I can do my stuff with ease. They are great at their jobs and I have had perfect service here.”
