Putting signs in our yard without asking? They do that. Bad construction that could probably be better done by a 2 year old? Check. Bunch of whack-o's who dont know how one way traffic works? OH THEY DO THAT TOO?!? WHAT A DELIGHTFUL COMPANY!!! Seriously this is ridiculous. And please for the love of all things holy stop telling us to subscribe either through phone or mail. Almost every day they'll send a message either through mail or phone saying "Subscribe to us subscribe to us". Why would I subscribe to a company who has the brains of a squirrel? Never subscribing to these idiots.Eeit: Came back AGAIN after telling them to not come back to our house. Unbelievable. 0 stars if I could!

Had their internet for two days. Paid for 500 but was getting 60. Called to have them send someone to fix it and was met with attitude so I went back to spectrum. You get what you pay for. Their customer service may actually be worse then their internet speed.

This is the worst service for internet. I’ve never experienced so many outages. Being on hold for more than 2 hrs and weeks to get a tech to come to my home.

We moved into an old farm house located in a rural area. Little did we know that when we moved in there were no internet service providers serving our area. For months we had to use hotspot devices from cell carriers with data caps. Then we received a postcard in the mail from Point Broadband. I was skeptical at first, but after speaking to a sales rep over the phone we decided to give it a try. We’ve been using Point Broadband for a few months without any issues or data caps! Internet speeds aren’t as fast compared to living in town, but they are fast enough to work from home, stream shows/movies, and play games.

1. I have had the "service" for almost 2 weeks and the fiber is stillnot buried.2. I put in a ticket less than 3 hours after the "service" was installedand they are still working it.The issue is that they are BLOCKING me from at least 1 site so far, a gaming site. I KNOW they are BLOCKING me because I set up a VPN tunnel and I can now connect to the gaming site. Who knows what else I will find they are blocking?!?It's sad that the CUSTOMER had to troubleshoot the problem for them... WITHOUT their help.I am ready to cancel the service already. I am just glad I didn't cancel my Spectrum account yet... as much as I don't like Spectrum, they are not blocking me anywhere.

I explained the problem I was having with intermittent dropouts to the service tech (David) and he evaluated my system and very quickly determined what the problem was. I was impressed. And, he was professional, yet friendly, courteous and polite. It was an overall present experience.

Had to have a technician (Matt Johnson) come out to address some service issues and he went completely above and beyond to get us back up and running again including completely moving our dish to get the best signal possible. Have had Point ever since they merged with Intelliwave. Have had some service issues from time to time but Point always seems to do what they can to help resolve things and Bryson is great to deal with over the phone.

Matthew Johnson is a very through tech and knew all the workings of all the equipment & was knowledgeable of all aspects. He never gave up on getting us back up online. Would recommend him for any jobs.

Matt is a great service technician & was happy to take care of my needs, I would recommend point broadband for wireless services, only took 90 minutes to 2 hours from start to finish.

Matthew Johnson came out for a service call and removed a terribly placed dish by intellawave and installed a new dish. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend him anytime.
