One isolated incident involved a customer who became extremely upset over an honest mistake, yelling and acting in a ridiculous manner. The employees and manager handled the horrible situation by trying to explain, offering a refund, and working to keep the situation calmer. The employees are acknowledged for doing the best they could under those circumstances.
Overall, the store is noted for providing outstanding customer service and great experiences, with a crew that is helpful and goes out of its way to assist customers.
Never left a review before, but I have to talk about this store because this store treats us so well. They are always willing to work with us, and Lee and Justis especially are great at making our bad days better.

So helpful! Glad they were there when my car check engine light went on. I was able to quickly understand what was the likely problem and if I could safely drive to the shop or needed a tow.
