My family and I have been verizon customers for quite sometime. The response is "You know where to find us". You cannot even call the Athens Verizon store. How about you refund the double charge of over $800 to my bank account you took this month. Or reimburse me for the hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. Or when I finally do reach a supervisor and tell him that I cannot understand him. He tells me "That's your problem and hangs up on me." Oh, and I forgot to mention the two new iPhone's that were added to my account with numbers I don't know. So yeah.. Not a happy camper.

This store is terrible I been a customer for 22 years got new phones and ripped me off so now I am a Team mobile customer for half the price for same thing I had.... I will never go back here again.

No stars if possible. I’ve been a faithful 30 year customer of Verizon with multiple accounts. They don’t help at all. Manager Zach is a joke of a man. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I went in to get a new phone which I did but customer service was good but when we went to transfer my data he was unable to transfer all of it. He said he did but it wasn't. Went back in the day next day so nothing we can do to help you, so basically it cost 30 bucks for them. Transfer photos with little research. I was able to do all the work at home. I have all my contacts back. Thanks for taking my 30 bucks for nothing

Went in to try and pay old bill (we are no longer customers. Our bill went from $160 to over $300 a month!!) and got told they could not help us after we were told by customer service to go to this particular store!! Then after telling my wife we should go to attorney general we were told to leave the store! Save your money go elsewhere!! Currently our bill with another provider for cable, internet and two phones is LESS than one month of Verizon for two phones!!. They were extremely rude at this location.

Staff are rude, will lie to get you on contract If you try to leave you will get locked out of your info and they would rather destroy a device than help you make a payment. Go anywhere and I mean ANYWHERE else!! Would give negative stars if possible.

I returned a flip 5 that I had bought. I asked for them to reactivate my old ph that i had with me. I was told they couldn't reactivate it and was given a PHONE number on a post-it note. I was told to CALL that number to get my ph reactivated. I went straight to AT&T. They got my service up and running along with my same number. Yep, I switched to AT&T after Verizons unexceptional service, or the lack there of.

I went there because I couldn’t get my new phone to activate. I was literally there 30 seconds while a young girl worked her magic, and it was done. I wish I’d gotten her name, but it was so quick I didn’t. So shout out to her for helping an old lady out. She’s a sweetheart! I hope she reads this, and identifies herself, because today I call her “Angel”❤️

Took 3 hours to get phone activated and had problems with trading the phone in and have to ask a million questions to try to upsell you. Other than that great service
