They don’t answer the phones. I’ve left multiple messages, no calls back.They took 1500 out of my account actual bank account and won’t return the money. I’ve requested they ACH the money back and all.Horrible service with horrible people behind them.

From what I understand this bank handles all the banking for Square Checking Accounts. Well they take too damn long to clear checks . Can take up to 7 or 8 days.

Sutton Bank knowingly allows fraud on Visa Gift cards issued by the bank.They refuse to help recover funds and they've done nothing to protect consumers.They should be ashamed of their behavior and business practices.Take your deposits and run.
