CVS Health is a prominent healthcare provider that has been actively involved in the COVID-19 pandemic response. The company offers both lab testing and rapid testing for the virus, catering to eligible individuals in select states. While demand for these services has been high, leading to potential lab delays, the staff at CVS clinics strive to provide prompt and efficient care. Customers have generally reported positive experiences at CVS locations, particularly with the front-of-store staff. Reviewers have praised the helpfulness, politeness, and professionalism of employees like Domenic, who went above and beyond to assist with checkout and loyalty program benefits. The stores are often well-stocked, allowing customers to find more items than they initially intended to purchase. While the pharmacy services have received mixed reviews, the overall sentiment towards CVS is one of appreciation for the staff's efforts, even in the face of challenges such as insurance-related issues and supply shortages. Customers acknowledge that the staff is doing their best to provide quality service despite the demands placed on them by the company's corporate policies and the high volume of customers.

Easily the rudest behind the counter pharmacist I’ve every encountered. Legit have a super sick 4 year old and wouldn’t rush through a script for her to any degree. Complete attitude and lack of care for patients.
Only went to this one because the good one in Target didn’t have the product.

The pharmacy service has steadly declined over the years. It is such a disappointment since they have a Minute Clinic (which is great) and you can't even get a prescription immediately filled after an appt! This was my issue today. I now have to go BACK the following day to get it.
