To be honest, wasn't expecting to like this place, but I did. With "free" tire repair, was expecting hidden costs and high pressure to spend money.
Boy, was I wrong. Totally free tire repair and very low pressure to buy. In fact, I felt a thing of guilt for not spending any money when I left.
Oh, I know, the business model says that free tire repair will leave a good taste in people's mouths and bring them back. But how often do you see that model work without high pressure tactics?
Kudos Discount Tire.

Very busy place make an appointment if you are able to. Great place to purchase tires and or repair them. Never had any issues, with the service or curtesy of the staff.

Tito scheduled me in to purchase two tires, upon arrival he and other colleagues saw that I needed 4 instead of two, and yes they were worn pretty bad, this was not a sales hustle.
I could only afford two at the time and they cared enough to not let me ride on the road with two really bad tires, so they warranted one tire and so I got an affordable price so I could purchase all 4 tires.
This discount tire facility is one that I certainly recommend, because not only care about their business but they care about their customers and their safety.
I really do appreciate it.

Awesome experience and would recommend this place to anyone. I had a nasty nail in my tire. They patched it in under 45 minutes at no charge!

“Fantastic experience at Discount Tire in Aurora OH! . I needed replacement tires on my vehicle. Tito was polite, professional and extremely friendly. He went above and beyond by contacting the company of my original tires and was able to get warranty money to put towards new tires! Additionally all the associates that interacted with me provided the same quality of service as Tito. I will definitely be returning to them for all my future tire needs!

I've bought a lot of tires in my life, and never had such a positive experience anywhere ever. I placed my order online, where everything was priced competitively with the online outfit I usually use. I pulled up during my scheduled time and a whole crew of people immediately began working on my car. They had it finished in about 30 minutes, and done right.
Edit: I've been back several more times and the experience has been consistently great. Keep up the good work!

The manager and crew at this Discount Tire location did an awesome job working with Continental Tire Corporation to get me an adjusted price on my new set of tires. The team was fast, efficient, and friendly. Would highly recommend this business.

Dealt with Alex one of the Assistant Managers. Very kind and good listener. Took care of my car lickety split.
They replaced my rim as requested but didn't balance the remaining tires' pressure- have to be specific on expectations
