Amazing professionalism and customer service. My first time going to Discount tire. My Jeep needed some K03s, I made an appointment and within 30 min of my appointment time I was done! The whole time they kept running over and keeping me informed of progress. Fantastic experience.

Had an appointment for rotate and balance. Was greeted when I walked in and was taken care of by a nice young lady. Vehicle was completed in a timely manner. The technician was friendly and told me what they did and asked if I had any questions. Like this store.
