“This business was absolutely wonderful to work with and since I'm sure I'm clumsy enough that I'll break my phone again, I will be back for sure. There was a minor mistake and the part I needed for my pixel 8 pro didn't get ordered when I called the first time to ask about it. They assured me it would be in the next week's order. When I called again to schedule a time for the repair when they said it would arrive, the owner said they messed up and it still hadn't been ordered. I got a call this past week saying the part was in and I could come in any day. I really expected to pay for the repair like normal, but he insisted that it was on the house because of his error. Very unexpected, but also very appreciated!”

“Raytec systems is a 10/10! They are professional, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. The receptionist was so helpuful and patient with me over the phone. The staff and owner are extremely thorough and made sure to explain everything in simple terms to me. They kept my studio clean while working in it and the owner even left to get a labeler and come back to make sure everything was labeled for me. I would recommend Raytec systems to anyone looking for tech help!”
