There was a minor mistake and the part I needed for my pixel 8 pro didn't get ordered when I called the first time to ask about it. They assured me it would be in the next week's order. When I called again to schedule a time for the repair when they said it would arrive, the owner said they messed up and it still hadn't been ordered. I got a call this past week saying the part was in and I could come in any day. I really expected to pay for the repair like normal, but he insisted that it was on the house because of his error. Very unexpected, but also very appreciated!”
