“When it is necessary for me to be away, I feel so comfortable boarding Zoe, my 13 1/2 year old dachshund at All About Dogs. She is always well cared for, with lots of attention during her stay. Zoe has a pretty strict medication and meal/snack schedule but everyone at AAD makes sure she gets what she needs, when she needs it. The genuine love of dogs everyone at AAD has is obvious and it is so wonderful to know that they will take great care of Zoe.”

Whatever your outdoor needs, come here to check it out. I buy bird supplies here. There is a nice selection of feeders, seeds and more. I purchased squirrel corn today.”

Best of all competitive for a small business as his pricing matches or beats what I can buy at local greenhouses, and even chains. Bought hot pepper bird seed and suet there, again at a competitive price and he has a rewards card. Nice to support someone who is local and so likable.”

“I have entrusted them to care for all my fur babies. Recently my 15 year old cat was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer. Dr Kelly explained everything and offered options. We were able to maintain her quality of life for close to a year. When it was time to cross the rainbow bridge they were so kind and caring. They made a very difficult time as pleasant as possible. I wouldn't go to anyone else.”

“While we don't always purchase pet supplies here, we do have our senior dog (17yrs old) groomed regularly. I can't say enough about the grooming staff and how well they treat our old man. They are absolutely wonderful and do a fantastic job, EVERY time we bring him in. We definitely feel as though they treat him as if he was their own, so we have no issues or concerns bringing him in to be groomed nor recommending their grooming services to others.As far as the store, there is quite the variety of products at reasonable (and consistent) prices. There are a few items we tend to purchase at this location, rather than having those shipped via e-commerce or buying at other stores in the area.”
“I called my local Streetsboro store today and Henry answered. This guy shared both his professional and personal experience with me! I had noticed the mystery snail Id purchased from there about 1 year ago was floating in the water, not reacting to the food I was dropping in, not coming out of shell as often, and his shell color changed from dark brown when I bought him to light tan? I was concerned that he was dying. Henry suggested that he might be depressed and asked me some questions. So here I had removed the plant and gems thinking the snail needed to stick to the floor like he does on the sides of the bowl. Henry said no they like pebbles, a few rocks, and a plant. He also told me that well water was fine for the bowl, that spring/bottled water had chemicals in it which were not good for the betta or the snail. He is also the one that recommended the betta heater. When customers call, they really appreciate staff that knows what their selling over ones that are just running a register. Henry is a keeper, IF he's not already a manager, he should be! I retired from sales management after 30 years, and his customer service skills are top notch!”

“The staff were informative I was able to make a great decision on what fish I wanted. Due to how well informed the staff were I was quickly able to go home and make sure that my fish were well taken care of. The first time fish owner and as of writing this my fish are still alive and they're okay.”
