“I called my local Streetsboro store today and Henry answered. This guy shared both his professional and personal experience with me! I had noticed the mystery snail Id purchased from there about 1 year ago was floating in the water, not reacting to the food I was dropping in, not coming out of shell as often, and his shell color changed from dark brown when I bought him to light tan? I was concerned that he was dying. Henry suggested that he might be depressed and asked me some questions. So here I had removed the plant and gems thinking the snail needed to stick to the floor like he does on the sides of the bowl. Henry said no they like pebbles, a few rocks, and a plant. He also told me that well water was fine for the bowl, that spring/bottled water had chemicals in it which were not good for the betta or the snail. He is also the one that recommended the betta heater. When customers call, they really appreciate staff that knows what their selling over ones that are just running a register. Henry is a keeper, IF he's not already a manager, he should be! I retired from sales management after 30 years, and his customer service skills are top notch!”

“Tree City Feed gave me free samples of food for my dogs at the Dog Days of Summer. They enjoyed the food for lunch that day so I went back to their vendor tent and I bought a bag of Dr. Gary’s from them and my dogs love the food! Bowls are clean after every meal! Kind people, took the time to explain the ingredients to me. I’ll be back for more Dr. Gary’s and whatever else they may suggest for my two precious fur boys”

We were able to maintain her quality of life for close to a year. When it was time to cross the rainbow bridge they were so kind and caring. They made a very difficult time as pleasant as possible. I wouldn't go to anyone else.”

I normally wouldn’t care but I have a beep collar on my pitbull and she was looking at it and then being very rude after and it was very judgmental and cold. That’s not how you should treat someone who is just trying to train her dog.”

The staff at this place is fantastic! When we get Milo cut 7 times we get a complimentary grooming session. For any doodle owners out there, we cannot recommend Taylor H enough! She is simply amazing and has a way of making even the most anxious dogs like Milo feel comfortable. We will definitely be returning to this grooming salon!”

“I...my dog, had a wonderful grooming experience at this location. The groomer did a FABULOUS job despite Oakley's nervousness. I am thoroughly pleased. I will say, I was DISGUSTED to hear that tipping your groomer at the register gets them a Petsmart gift card...not a cash tip! Shame on you Petsmart, and shame on me for not double checking beforehand. If not for this sneaky, underhanded behavior on the part of Petsmart, I would have given 5 stars because the groomer and grooming experience was that good.”
