“They have new management fairly recently which really helped the communication and face to face experience. However, I go there to get quality service at a reasonable price. I GET JUST THAT! I think they must pay and treat their auto technicians fairly because they retain them. I could NOT be more pleased with the total experience. They don't try to oversell or push for things not essential. Keep up the good work! And, the REAL small business quality will beat the large auto dealerships hands down. I highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for an honest assessment of the repairs or service needed.”

A few hours later I not only got information but they sent me a video showing me exactly what was wrong. Talk about great customer service!!! They had to order the part and due to lack of time in the day, I brought it back to them today and they fixed it for a fraction of the cost that ai was quoted elsewhere!! “To be honest, wasn't expecting to like this place, but I did. With "free" tire repair, was expecting hidden costs and high pressure to spend money.
Boy, was I wrong. Totally free tire repair and very low pressure to buy. In fact, I felt a thing of guilt for not spending any money when I left.
Oh, I know, the business model says that free tire repair will leave a good taste in people's mouths and bring them back. But how often do you see that model work without high pressure tactics?
