“I was skeptical as a first time customer. They did not have good reviews online. However, there was a beautiful jacket in the catalog that someone in my family really wanted. We called the catalog but the customer service team wasn't very knowledgable. I think the customer representatives work for various catalogs and don't have much knowledge of the product merchandise for any of them. This really frustrates me when catalogs do this as I can read the details of the item and make my purchases online by myself. When I call up customer service, I really would like to talk to someone who has knowledge about the products that cannot be found online. We waited as we weren't sure about ordering from here and also didn't want to pay for shipping if we were unsure about the product. Acorn bases their shipping charges on the price of the item and they don't offer free shipping no matter how much you buy. I knew that the price of shipping this jacket was way more than it would actually cost to ship a lightweight item and that did not sit well with me. However, we did eventually see a promotion for free shipping so we decided to give the catalog a try, just once, because we were so in love with the item. The timeline for the delivery of the item was quick. When we opened the package I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the jacket. It was a really, really nice piece. The material was so soft and silky. The construction and workmanship was excellent. It fit true to size and was absolutely perfect in every way. My family member was very pleased as it was exactly what they had been looking for. We only had one experience with this company so far and we didn't have any issues with the order and didn't have to deal with customers service or returns. I also didn't place the order during the winter holiday season so I can't comment on what that may have been like. However, the quality of the merchandise exceeded my expectations. It ended up being worth the gamble. “Yes overnight parking at the end by the black fence. Had a 530 appointment, the guy came out at 5am, gave me a door and was unloaded in 1hr. He let me stay on the lot until my clock reset.”

“My appointment wasn’t till 10am, no one was here i. Line to unload so they came and knocked on my door and put me in door 4 at 8:15am, quick unload , Friendly staff, was out by 8:45 am . Got to sleep in their driveway till the morning, no restrooms available after hours. Restrooms available inside by docks”

“NO overnight parking
So I had a drop and hook appointment for 1730 hours. I got to the guard shack at 1600 and just followed the advice of other drivers. The older lady that works in the guard shack is all business, she doesn’t smile for anything… Lol… She’ll let you know where to drop your empty and then from there you go hook up to a trailer that’s sitting in front of a dock.
I wouldn’t say this was a drop and hook more of a live load, but I was loaded super fast within 30 minutes and was glad to be out of there…
Driving up to the guard shack there’s only room for two trucks… And it’s a little tight with traffic incoming and outgoing… Not a bad experience… Have had way worse in other places”

“In 2022 I bought a 2017 suburban with 100,000 miles. After making 2 payments I drove it to Florida. On the way back we stopped in virginia for the night. The next morning we found the transmission was inoperable. We had to be towed back to cleveland. Once home we purchased a jasper transmission. We own an auto repair facility so we could install it ourselves. Fast forward. In 2024 with now having 111,000 miles we drove it to south carolina. We left there on christmas day. Upon starting the car it was apparent that the engine had developed a severe mechanical miss. Having no options we chose to drive the 700 miles back to cleveland on 7 cylinders. We knew the motor could not be salvaged and we're going to replace it with a jasper motor. I now have a 2017 suburban with a new jasper motor and transmission and the car performs beautifully! I highly recommend jasper products!”

“I work at a garage, and someone from this location called me to let me know tires I ordered for a customer had been discontinued. He helped me find the appropriate equivalent, and even though they weren't normally available in the system, scheduled a fairly quick delivery for me. Then... the delivery showed up about 12hrs later rather than 3 days later as expected! Superb service!”
