“Today, I went into the Austintown 717 credit union to get some help as to how to input my online information into my phone(she checked to see if others were waiting).
Lynn Grimm was patient, kind, considerate and walked me through the whole process.
*I shared with her I had been to the Boardman 717 office twice several months ago they never had time to assist me; the cashiers said they were too busy (I shared with them that I would wait, but they said that they could not do it).
*What I liked the most about my visit with Lynn Grim is that she took the time to explain some possible reasons they could not assist me! That moment, illustrated kindness not only to me, but her co-workers as well!
*It was then that I realized the process in which she had helped me with was rather lengthy and I am a senior citizen who is not computer illiterate but not tech savvy as well. Thanks Lynn for your consideration.

I had been dealing with an issue for almost 1 YEAR and decided to finally just try stopping in my local branch (I had been working with another branch customer service directed me to). They listened and truly took the time to not only understand the issue but they were able to get it resolved the same day.
