“I have dealt with other home savings (chardon) and i have dealt with austintown branch. If it wasnt for austintown branch i would close all accounts and go elsewhere. Chardon branch really needs a good shake down because their staff is nowhere near what it should be to do business with people. Their reviews speak for themselves. I just want to mention Jackie at austintown branch, she is worth every penny. I am sure others would agree if they have dealt with her. No matter the issue, Jackie always makes it right. If you're contemplating where to do business or banking, talk to Jackie before u make your decision. Im a real customer and have nothing to gain promoting home savings austintown and Jackie.
