Gorant Chocolatier offers delicious chocolate, considered by some to be the best tasting anywhere. The store is beautiful with a huge selection of fine chocolates and nice items, including hard-to-find treats like honeycomb candy. The customer service is excellent, friendly, and incredibly patient. However, some customers note changes, finding certain items like truffles smaller with thicker shells and scant filling, or the fruit and nut egg different from before. While the chocolate is good, several reviewers feel the high price per pound is surprising and not worth the cost, expressing disappointment with the value.

The store was beautiful and the customer service was excellent and friendly. However, I noticed the truffles I bought were smaller than they used to be and the shell thicker. Also, the filling was scant compared to what they had been. But they were delicious. Gorants still make the best tasting chocolate anywhere.
