“Would like to leave a review about Greg at the Austintown, OH location, #3886. Last night on 6/16/25, Greg was super helpful in finding the plumbing fittings that I needed. He volunteered to show me where they were and then helped me find the required fittings. This is the best in store assistance I have ever received. “HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had issues with a local distributor of flooring material (in the Pittsburgh area) that sent us 2 different shipments of faulty wood floors. Thankfully our installers caught it both times, but that put is in a bind and behind in our schedule. Allen at Baird Brothers was able to get us a better quality product for less than what the local distributor was charging for the bad orders, and it arrived in less than a week. At every turn this company was supportive, their pricing is competitive, they delivered (!) (the other distributor I had originally ordered from you had to pick up material at their warehouse) and the product is superior. Our installers have been impressed and I hope will recommend Baird to their future clients. The floors are being finished next week and I'll update with photos at that time. Here is the unfinished work, at least. The flush, in-floor registers are also from Baird Brothers. I look forward to buying new baseboard and trim in the future from them.”

“They seemed helpful and friendly , they just weren’t very knowledgeable. I came in looking for a heavy duty metal brush that’s made for a tool, unsure of the name but I showed them the picture off of my phone, in which they went and found the tool in the section, and then grabbed the brush they picked out , and showed me how to put it on (didn’t fully show as the brush was still in the package). Got home and it’s not even the right attachment, it’s made for a drill.”
“April in the paint department helped me match a color that multiple people at different stores including this one failed to do. She knows how to use the machines in her department correctly and that saves your store thousands of dollars. She should get a raise ?”
“Lowe's is my go to home improvement store. Anytime I need something, I go to Lowe's. I didn't give it 5 stars because Home Depot sends me coupons for 10% off or 12 months no % if you spend 300 dollars. I very seldom spend that much in one visit but if I have to, more than likely I'll go to Home Depot.”
