“We went to many other places and couldn't get what we were looking for. Even with having to drive over an hour to get to Menards the trip was worth it. We met Lucas in the appliance dept. He went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect washer. He was very knowledgeable on the products they sell and made us feel like family. We will definitely go back for any other needs we have in the future. Lucas is a true asset to Menards and Id be happy to deal with him again. If you need a new appliance go see him.”
