Frank the general manager is a real hero and genuine man who cares about the customers situation. From the moment he answered the phone at the crack of dawn 1 minute after opening the store he treated me like his own friend or family and made sure I knew what I needed to to take care of my concerns. I had dropped my wife off at the airport and she was checking in her luggage when she realized we had taken the wrong suitcase for her. All of her essentials still back at home. It was too late to drive home and make it back to the airport. I was in a panic. This has never happened before. He made it a point to give me breathing space. He gave honest and sound advice. He made sure I knew the options and what add ons would make sense and which wouldn’t really help me out. He made sure I knew I had time to breath and as long as I got the suitcase there by 5pm when they close it would still be delivered tomorrow morning. Now, I won’t say it doesn’t sting to drop ship a suitcase 🧳 next day air early 8:30am delivery and spend $450, but that’s our fault not UPS. Frank made sure every detail was correct and verified to ensure accurate delivery. He made sure I knew he would personally package the suitcase up to keep it safe from damage. I never plan to need this type of service again, but if it ever happens again and I live within an hour of this location you can bet I’ll be back at this UPS location and you can bet I’ll be asking for Frank.

During such a difficult time, they made my experience quick, easy, and stress free. It was also a quick turnaround (less than 24 hours). They understood what I needed, offered options, and executed.
