First time at a UPS Store. Holiday rush season. Small line with some cranky customers. The staff was brilliant. Quick, friendly, helpful. Employee Brandon was very patient with me and got it all done very efficiently. Thank you all. I'll be back.

The only thing that would make this a better place would be that we aren’t waiting outside because it’s a short space for a line. It’s getting to be fall and winter and I am usually waiting outside to do my business with them. Otherwise I am very pleased with their service

The service is excellent but sometimes the wait time is long, the store itself either needs updated equipment or more employees
