Always a positive experience at the Austintown UPS. Even if the line is long everyone is handled efficiently and it’s never a long wait and the customer representatives are all very helpful and friendly.

The parking was very good and entrances and exits to this strip mall are pretty good. Getting in is easy but getting out has to be thought out but can be done easily if you are a smart driver.
The staff were nice on my April 2025, 8:45am visit. They knew exactly how to close the Cologuard box and they did not in any way make me feel stupid.

I returned a phone to Verizon via UPS store(Austintown,OH). Verizon said they didn't receive it. Called UPS store and gave my information to Sam and she called back with the tracking number and date/time it was received and who signed for it. thank you

The store is always clean. Most employees are friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that this location seems to get quite busy, and the store is understaffed.

The Austintown UPS store is my go to for all of my shipping and Amazon return needs. I have never had a bad experience there and every employee is top notch, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Austintown UPS Store.
